What is an AI website assistant?

Will the AI assistant make things up?
It is set up to answer only from the content you approve, such as your menu, listings, catalog, policies or docs. When the answer is not in that content, it says so and offers to put the visitor in touch with you instead of guessing.
How much does a website with an AI assistant cost?
The assistant is included, with no separate AI fee, in our Growth plans for restaurants (€1,450 plus €185 per month), real estate (€2,800 plus €350 per month) and Shopify stores (€1,800 plus €190 per month), and in the Scale plan for SaaS and AI company sites (€4,800 plus €490 per month). Entry plans (Starter, and Launch for SaaS) do not include it.
Does an AI chatbot slow down a website or hurt SEO?
Not the way we build it. The assistant loads after your page content, so it does not hold back your PageSpeed score, and every page stays fast, crawlable HTML with structured data. The assistant adds answers on top of a site built to rank. It never replaces the pages Google indexes.
